[B-Greek] enclitic question

In this phrase from an edition of a catena on Matthew:

LOGIKWTA/TH TI/S FU/SIS

the enclitic TIS retains its accent because it follows a paroxytone. But why
is that accent acute rather than grave? Cf. Smyth 154.a.
