This comes up again occasionally but hasn't been noted explicitly:  
ESTE SESWiSMENOI is a periphrastic perfect 2nd sg. indicative and  
means the same thing that SESWiSQE would mean.  And although the  
perfect does sometimes bear an authentic stative force to it, it is  
also often difficult to distinguish from the corresponding aorist  
forms. I'm not convinced there's a great deal of difference between  
SESWiSMENOI ESTE/SESWiSQE and ESWQHTE.
