There's always Blass, Debrunner & Funk
_A_Greek_Grammar_of_the_New_Testament_and_Other_Early_Christian_Literatur
e_ which is out of print but still available ($55-$60).  If you think
Wallace is a bit much though, I'm sure it would be as well.
