Response: Hello Richard, thanks for your response, I see what you are saying, when I looked this up last night in Wallace I assumed that the words bolded was the subject and went from there. But looking at the other examples it looks as though the words in bold are all the predicates. And I see in the footnotes that he says that interrogative pronouns are the predicate rather than the subject. Good call.
