[B-Greek] Genitive vs Adjective

Why is a Genitive noun "more emphatic" than a simple
adjective (per my grammar text book by Wallace)? The
sense I've gathered about the Genitive by reading
posts out here is that the relationship between the
Genitive and the noun it modifies is somewhat
ambiguous. So, I would think that an adjective, since
it cannot have any ambiguity as to its adjectival
role, would be more emphatic that a Genitive "noun."
