This is indeed an error. As Dr. Conrad has pointed out, the language of the
NT often reflects the patterns of the LXX. Hebrew has very few adjectives
but the construct case is ubiquitous which is typically rendered in the LXX
as a head noun with a genitive. There is nothing emphatic about the use of
an "attributive" genitive in NT Greek. Suggesting that there is will lead
to endless confusion.

This statement has several problems. The relocation of a word or phrase for
the purpose of emphasis does NOT fall into the domain of syntax.
Syntax as a topic certainly is a sub-domain of grammar.
