Dan, if your question about translation has to do with "a" holy spirit as
opposed to "the" holy spirit, it can (should? better, "may") still be
translated "he will immerse you in the Holy Spirit" since the non-use of
the article in prep phrases is common. Wallace notes that "there is no
need for the article to be used to make the object of a preposition
definite" (247). The issue of "definite" is a bit more complex in this
kind of setting, so other factors can influence your judgment as to whether
it is definite or not in this passage.
