George,
The site that you list is NOT an interlinear text (which I believe is what's
being sought).
I believe that e-sword.net lets you download their e-sword software for
free, and one of the Bibles you can download is the WH GNT... and you can
also download public domain translations... and you can view the WH parallel
to whatever public-domain translation (you could use the Analytical Literal
Translation, for example)... however, be aware that this is not
interlinear... only parallel.
