You might like Gramcord Lite from OliveTree software. It has the NA27
text plus you can tap words and get glosses and parsing. It's
commercial software, it has Palm versions and PocketPC versions. I
imagine it would run fine on your old one.

Also Bible+ is freeware, it has the text but no lexical entries, you can
get LXX, Hebrew bible, Peshitta, Targum, and a bunch of other languages
and texts for it. There are some other PDA bibles out there, some free,
some commercial, you can run some web searches to see the options.

I also would like to be able to search the Greek text to thus see how Greek words are used. Even if such software is available possibly my Hand Held is too old to run it. My Pocket PC is a HP Jornada 520 has windows 3.0 and has as 16 Mb and a 32 MB card.
