So I just decline all these names like NEANIAS, right?

I've found 1st declension paradigms here and there in my books and on the
web. I've been practicing a lot today with the accents, and I'm getting most of
them right, and understand my mistakes when I'm wrong. It's kind of fun, like
 a puzzle :-)

I'm downloading Smyth now :-) I hope I can understand it :-0

But in fact NEANIAS is a NT word, as is also HSAIAS as are some other
proper names: BARNABAS, ANDREAS, IWNAS, SATANAS, HLIAS, ZACARIAS,
ANANIAS, QEUDAS, AINEAS, SILAS -- that's just what I pulled out of
the gospels and Acts from a search for masculine proper names in the
GNT.

Don't be surprised at omissions in NT Koine textbooks; I don't think
there are any really exhaustive first-year grammars. But if you are
going to make use of a classical Attic reference work, the single
most valuable of them all is Smyth.
