[B-Greek] Gen 22:12 LXX

I'll defer to our Septuagint specialists on the list, but it appears that
the LXX translator of this part of Genesis is (apart from  AGAPHTOU) giving
a pretty literal rendering of the Hebrew (as reflected in the MT, at least).
So have you considered that the LXX may simply be literally rendering the
Hebrew waw, so that the syntax reflects the underlying Hebrew syntax?
However, the Hebrew can be interpreted in the way you suggest.
