Without knowing what sort of access to bibliographical resources Mr.
Rodriguez has it's hard to say if they count as "readily available," but
the most recent edition is in the Sources Chre/tiennes series:

There's also Preuschen's 1903 edition in the GCS, besides the PG reprint
of de la Rue's 18th c. edition (Origen's works are in PG volumes
11-17; I don't know which volume contains his GJohn). All of those
should be in any decent theological library, and the PG in any research
library.
In passing, I'll also mention that the PG is available in a variety of
electronic forms for a variety of prices from Reltech.org:
