I prefer the DEKA+ARIQMOS forms:
DEKATREIS
DEKATRIA
And the like for DEKATESSARES/-RA, DEKAPENTE, KTL.
Don't know about Smyth but Josephus is happy:

IWSHPOS, ARXAIOLOGIAS 20.148, 228, 229, 230, 231.
