An old but good concise discussion of the ideosyncrysies of the
Septuagint is Conybeare & Stock's grammar. This is only about 100 pages
of material organized by gramatical category. Originally published in
1905 by Ginn & Co. in Boston there are multiple reprint editions available.

Conybeare, F. C., and St George William Joseph Stock. A grammar of
Septuagint Greek with selected readings, vocabularies, and updated
indexes. Peabody, MA: Hendrickson Publishers, 1995.

This is also available on-line as part of the Christian Classics
Ethereal Library (CCEL) project.
