To answer your second question, Wallace's _Grammar_ suggests that the TSKS
construction with plural nouns, while not strictly fitting the Granville
Sharp rule, may indicate either overlap of the two groups, or that one group
may be a subset of another. In other words, one could be a pastor/shepherd
without actually teaching (i.e., more emphasis on the caring aspect), but it
would be difficult to be a teacher without having a shepherding attitude.
