Hello all,
This is going to sound like a crazy question, and I'm not even sure how to
pose it...
In v. 23 Paul says "but each in his own order" -
EKASTOS DE EN TW IDIW TAGMATI
..and then starts out v. 24 with: EITA TO TELOS
Is there anything in this text that allows, or disallows, EITA TO TELOS from
relating to TAGMATI ?
In other words - I see 2 orders - "Christ, the firstfruit; afterward those of
Christ at His coming."
Is EITA TO TELOS a third "order", or is Paul saying "Then the end" starting a
new statement unrelated to TAGMATI?
It seems obvious to me, but I would like someone to point out to me why EITA
TO TOLOS is not related to TAGMATI, or why it may be a third "order".
Thanks - I hope you all understand my question. I'm struggling with this
passage.
