[B-Greek] Best Romans commentary for Greek?

The reason Cranfield floats to the top is that the recent competion  
is nonexistent.

Also, the NIGTC commetaries I have used are really for English  
readers. They comment on a greek word here and there but no assumtion  
is made that the user can read Greek. The text is most often  
discussed from an English translation. The best of the series IMO is  
Mark by R.T. France. The worst is perhaps Beale on Revelation.
