I read this several years ago when it first came out and was not much impressed. As I recall, however, there was a lengthy discussion of it on the GMark list, and I suppose you could search those archives. I personally thought that the major premisses of the book's thesis were highly questionable and that without granting them, one is hard put to accept his conclusions. But that is my personal opinion.
