Col. 1:13-14:

hOS ERRUSATO hHMAS EK THS EXOUSIAS TOU SKOTOUS KAI METESTHSEN EIS THN
BASILEIAN TOU hUIOU THS AGAPHS AUTOU EN hWi ECOMEN THN APOLUTRWSIN THN
AFESIN TWN hAMARTIWN

Lattimore's translation of EN hWi confuses me:

It was he who rescued us from the power of darkness, and removed us to the
Kingdom of the son of his love, where we find our redemption, the remission
of sins.

Surely EN hWi can't resume hH BASILEIA. So is there some typical way in
which EN hWi suggests general the idea of "where"?
