Of course, it must be realized that, if I am correct that EN hWi is rendered by "where we find" in Lattimore, the "where" refers to TOU hUIOU of v 13 (not THN BASILEIAN).

Subject: Re: [B-Greek] EN hWi - "where"? (Col. 1:14)
Usually EN hWi, when it suggests a Wh- word, means "while" (Smyth
1687b). I believe that EN hWi is translated "while" when EN hWi is used
for EN CRONWi hWi ("in the time which," i.e. "when"). The problem with
EN hWi meaning "where" is that hWi would need to take the place of a
masculine noun for "place"; most common nouns for place are feminine (at
least that I can think of right now). For the passage at hand, I would
prefer "in whom."
