Albert,

It may be true that I have gone too far.  As you note, there are seven uses of DHMIOSIOS in the f dat sg in the LXX and NT.  Perhaps you can find me seven instances in Greek literature of the f dat sg where the usage is unquestionably adjectival?

I must confess not having followed the prominence debate, but methinks 
you go much too far, George,  in your claim that DHMOSIAi MUST be 
adverbial in Acts 5:18.  You have in view four instances in the NT and 
three in the LXX—a total of seven. Given the fact that DHMOSIOS occurs 
hundreds of times in Greek literature down to the turning of the era, 
and given the fact that DHMOSIAi (in public) regularly contrasts with 
IDIAi (in private) it stands to reason that DHMOSIAi is most often 
adverbial. But that scarcely means that it ceases to be adjectival.
