Your addendum seems to indicate that your original message was meant to say; 
  There is no such thing as a perfect subjunctive in  Greek IN THE NEW 
TESTAMENT (Except for OIDA)

Smyth indicates that the perfect subjunctive does exist but is rarely used. 
(Section 1860)
