No, it doesn't.

The text is:

THN MACAIRAN TOU PNEUMATOS, hO/ ESTIN RHMA QEOU.

The phrase hO/ ESTIN means "which (thing/concept) is" (i.e.) and it is a fixed formula in the neuter. It introduces a
further explanation of what has just been said, so it does not necessarily link to a specific word, but a concept just
mentioned. In Eph 6:16 the concept referred to is "the sword of the Spirit" as a unit.

I can give you some other references:

Mrk 12:42 EBALEN LEPTA DUO, hO/ ESTIN KODRANTHS

She threw in two leptas, which thing is/corresponds to a quadrans.

Mrk 15:42: HN PARASKEUH, hO/ ESTIN PROSABBATON
it was preparation (day - feminine), which (thing) is the same as/corresponds to day-before-Sabbat

(By the way, the word PARASKEUH is another word for what we call Friday, and some have misunderstood John 19:14 to mean
the day before the Passover Day, when it actually means the preparation day (Friday) of Passover Week. So, NIV, NCV and
God's Word translations are correct and accurate, RSV is unclear, while NET, NASB, REB, NRSV, TEV and NLT are
misleading.)

Col 3:14 THN AGAPHN, hO/ ESTIN SUNDESMOS THS TELEIOTHTOS

love, which (thing) is a bond of perfection
