No. (a) It ignores that EI which governs the entire sequence through
ZHiS, (b) it fails to link the adverbs with the linking KAI OUCI and
both qualifying the verb ZHiS.
It should be
EI SU,
IOUDAIOS hUPARCWN,
EQNIKWS KAI OUCI IOUDAIKWS ZHiS,
PWS TA EQNH ANAGKAZEIS IOUDAIZEIN?
