[B-Greek] Max'n'Mary: Symbolic Abbreviations && Fee: Exegesis

Ladies and Gentlemen:
Santa Claus (hAGIOS sthg or other?) brought me "The Grammatical Analysis of
the GNT"  / Zerwick&Grosvenor (5th edition, 1996).

Am I missing something or are many of the symbols used not defined?
I looked in vain under "Symbols and Abbreviations" (&elsewhere) for e.g. the
double pipe "||" symbol and others, and found none. Is it me, or are they
not defined, and does anyone have any clues?

Also received Gordon Fee's book (someone described my Amazon wishlist as
being "so dry it flakes") which, in answer to an earlier query on the list,
does indeed have a useful little section on how to use BAGD. He also lists
lots of other resources and it looks like a useful book for us
keen-but-green novices.

New Year Greetings to you all, and thanks to everyone for your help and
encouragement last year.

Steve
