If you're writing to B-Greek, protocol requires a full-name
signature; please sign with a full-name signature if you write again
to the list.
I think you've mis-cited the word in question; a rough breathing will
not appear before a Phi; I wonder whether you intended EPOIHSEN,
which would be the 3d sg. aorist active indicative of POIEW: "he/she
made/did."
