Some would suggest so. For instance, in Hebrew, the verb normally comes
at the beginning of the sentence. To make something emphatic, writers
of Hebrew sometimes place the most important concept before the verb,
thus making it somewhat emphatic.

There are, in the world of NT interpretation, various souls who think
that some NT authors, thinking in Hebrew, but writing in Greek, placed
important concepts at the beginning of the sentence- in Hebrew fashion,
for emphasis.

But, like everything else, this too is debated and debateable.
