Origen's great apologetic work is titled KATA KELSOU, so it's a pretty safe bet that the Greek form of the name is a regularly formed 2nd-declension masculine noun whose nominative form would then, predictably, be KELSOS.

This follows a very typical pattern of transliteration from Latin to Greek and vice versa.

Hope that helps a little.
