2TIM. 3:16 PASA GRAFH QEOPNEUSTOS KAI WFELIMOS PROS DIDASKALIAN, PROS
ELEGMON, PROS EPANORQWSIN, PROS PAIDEIAN THN EN DIKAIOSUNHi,

W.Mounce (Past.Ep. WBC) states that QEOPNEUSTOS was rarely used in
pre-christian texts. Every other source I checked that spoke to the
question stated that QEOPNEUSTOS is found for the first time in 2TIM.
3:16. Mounce references TDNT 6:453-455 and MM 287. The fog factor in
the TDNT article is typical for that reference work, MM however is
lucid enough they cite a 2nd Cent AD work Vett.Val. see also F.Danker
3rdEd.

I wonder what W.Mounce had in mind?
