My own experience for mass vocabulary acquisition with retention is 1 word
per minute, using Flash! Pro vocabulary memorization software. But I've
never tried to learn much more than 300 words per day.

Ken M. Penner, Ph.D.

300 words per day is incredible. Do you mean 300 words today and another
300 tomorrow and maybe again the next day or is that a once-in-a-while sort
of thing?

BTW I see you have been promoted. I don't know when but this is the first
time I noticed that it says Ph.D, not Ph.D student.
Congratulations.
