If you are looking for a Biblical Greek word (and that's the only
reason you would be directing this sort of question to this forum, I
think), I can only think of AEI, which usually means "always" but can
mean "at all times" or "at any time" and PANTOTE which means "at all
times" or "on every occasion."

There is the phrase that appears in different configurations in
Revelation hO WN KAI hO HN KAI hO ERCOMENOS, "the One who is, and the
One who was, and the One who is coming." That's a phrase, but it's
hardly a single word.
