Amos,
The NET Bible comes in a parallel edition with the Greek.
See http://www.bible.org/store/product.asp?ProductID=56.

Marion Fox here,
Amos, I suggest that you consider the following books:
Metzger, Bruce M. (1975).* Lexical Aids For Students of New Testament Greek.
* Theological Book Agency, Princeton, NJ.
Van Voorst, Robert E. (1990). *Building Your New Testament Greek
Vocabulary*.
Wm. B. Eerdmans Pub. Co.
I remember seeing a Greek text with the English on the side as you describe
it but do not have a copy. (If I locate one, I will let you know.)
Yours in His service,
Marion R. Fox
