I have such a tool at http://s91279732.onlinehome.us/convert.htm
ἐν ἀρχῇ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν, when converted from Unicode (NFC) to Unaccented Greek Unicode yields
εν αρχη εποιησεν ο θεος τον ουρανον και την γην
When converted to Greek Unicode NFD it yields
ἐν ἀρχῇ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν
This NFD can then be converted to Greek Beta as
E)N A)RXH=| E)POI/HSEN O( QEO\S TO\N OU)RANO\N KAI\ TH\N GH=N
Is this the kind of transliteration you were looking for?
As for amount, I've used it on almost a megabyte of text at a time.
