Christopher:
I may be wrong, but I don't think that the SPIonic
font has the Gothic M. I use the SIL Apparatus Font
<http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=SILAp_home>
which is available for free. It contains the various
Gothic letters used in the UBS4/NA27 and BHS/BHQ
textual apparatuses as well as the other symbols
necessary to create the textual apparatuses.
