The key index for patristic citations by scripture verse is:

Biblia Patristica: index des citations et allusions bibliques dans la
littérature patristique (Paris : Editions du Centre national de la
recherche scientifique, 1975- , 7 volumes)

Another series of interest is the seven or eight volumes in:

New Testament in the Greek Fathers.
Society of Biblical Literature. Atlanta, Ga. : Scholars Press,

This series covers only one patristic author per volume and usually only
one book too. Only the following seem applicable to your question:

Ehrman, Bart D. Didymus the Blind and the text of the Gospels. The New
Testament in the Greek fathers ; no. 1. Atlanta, Ga.: Scholars Press, 1986.

Brooks, James A. The New Testament text of Gregory of Nyssa. The New
Testament in the Greek Fathers ; no. 2. Atlanta, Ga.: Scholars Press, 1991.

Ehrman, Bart D., Gordon D. Fee, and Michael William Holmes. The text of
the fourth Gospel in the writings of Origen. The New Testament in the
Greek fathers ; no. 3. Atlanta, Ga.: Scholars Press, 1992.

Mullen, Roderic L. The New Testament text of Cyril of Jerusalem. The New
Testament in the Greek fathers ; no. 7. Atlanta, Ga.: Scholars Press, 1997.
