[B-Greek] ESTIN at Matthew 1:20

Many thanks, Carl, for the additional reference.  It looks strange to  
English-speaking eyes, but I suppose it made perfect sense to the Greeks to have  
ESTIN intervene in this way, even though the construction appears to be  rare.
