but I did not find hORKON  QEOU (correction QEOU for QEU)

but in  Philo Judaeus Phil., Legum allegoriarum libri i-iii, Book 3,  
section 205, line 2:

FASI GE MHN hORKON EINAI MARTURIAN QEOU PERI PRAGMATOS AMFISBHTOUMENOU:
