fwiw, the Brenton LXX is not an interlinear. You can cover up the
English, or just not look at it till you get stuck. Better yet, use
Rahlfs.

With regard to the Greek fathers, which was the original question. J
Spinti's suggestion is good, if you happen to have a little Latin. The
Migne Patrologia Graeca has good Latin translations on the same page
with the Greek text. Hard to buy your own Migne, but you can probably
photocopy some pages at a library.
