[B-Greek] finding BDAG reference on hRHSSW

Do any list members possibly have access to the following reference mentioned in the BDAG entry on PROSRHSSW p884:
"EFraenkel, Gesch. der griech. Nomina agentis II 1912, 40f" i.e.,
E. Fraenkel, "Geschichte der griechischen," Nomina agentis. II. (A. Meillet) BSL 18, 1912-1913.

The article apparently deals with the relationship between RHSSW and RHGNUMI (given as two different lemmas in BDAG). I have found a total of five emails so far in the archives on the topic (x3 "hRHSSW"; x2 "RHSSW"), and I would appreciate any further resources/references/insights etc. It seems that the consensus is to disagree with BDAG and take the two as having merged into one verb.

I'm looking at the verb's appearance in Mk 9:18a (and variants):
KAI hOPOU EAN AUTON KATALABHi hRHSSEI AUTON KAI AFRIZEI KAI TRIZEI TOUS ODONTAS KAI XHRAINETAI

I keep changing my mind whether it makes more sense to read it as being the more usual hRHGNUMI verb ("it tears him" "shakes him") or from hRHSSW "it throws him down" (or perhaps both ideas are present "it tears him down" if there are not two separate verbs in mind).

Any further insights greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
