[B-Greek] BDF omission in Logos/Libronix?

I bought a copy of Logos Libronix Blass-Debrunner-Funk (BDF) A GREEK
GRAMMAR OF THE NT AND OTHER EARLY CHRISTIAN LITERATURE at the
Morris Proctor Camp Logos in August, and installed it, and was told by Logos
staff that I have the latest version.
Today while using it I noticed that my "book" lacks the Reference Index section
for NT references. Under "III. Index of References" (the last entry in the Table of
Contents), it has (2), (3), and (4) for the Apostolic Fathers, NT Apocrypha, and
Pseudo-Clementine Literature indices, respectively, just like my hardbound copy
- but it does not have (1) New Testament index!! This makes BDF a crippled
piece of software - i.e., I can't jump to specific texts that BDF discusses.
Any idea what's going on here?
