Actually, they are both vulgar, one perceived as a loan from english,  
one PERCEIVED as from Arabic (NB: it is biblical Hebrew]). "sheet"  
may even have a little prestige by being associated with English.  
Maybe like "merde" in some English situations. Or maybe not.
Generic, plain vanilla words would be "peresh" (same stuff, but  
neutral, often animal) as well as tsoa (same stuff but neutral), both  
in the Bible if I remember. Tsoa is the qri that is used to replace  
Hara.
