[B-Greek] Chrys Caragounis book coming in paperback 12/2006

Thanks, Eric. The Baker Academic catalog indicates that the book will be
published in December 2006 (the earliest date of publication allowed by our
license from the original publisher being December 1). I would love to have
advance copies available for sale at the SBL meeting at Washington. Now,
because of a couple of shipping glitches in the process of making some
corrections for the paperback edition, it is becoming less likely with each
passing day that the book will be at SBL. With any book, predicting exact
dates is a fool's game, but I can post an update when I have what seems to
be a reliable estimate of our in-warehouse date.
