For Biblical Greek there are quite a few commercial software packages that are not so much instructional as they are Bible-study packages with resources for exploration of Biblical texts in Greek.

I would note that the Bibleworks (www.bibleworks.com) package also contains some useful grammatical help files and some grammars, with others available as add-on paid for modules. It also contains a flash card program, and among its free Lexicons includes Louw-Nida, which I personally think has some added instructional value over a traditional lexicon in that it discourages word-for-word thinking.
Its tools for Bible study also work in a way which encourages an understanding of the Greek.
(NB I have no commercial connection with them, and can't say how other packages compare - this is merely an observation about one I know quite well)
