If you're not a personal subscriber to the TLG or affiliated with an
institution that subscribes you won't be able to read it there,
though, although you can read Clement's _Protrepticus_. See:

http://www.tlg.uci.edu/demoauthors.html

for a list of the publicly accessible works.

If you'll settle for the PG text, you'll find it at:

http://patrologia.ct.aegean.gr/PG_Migne/Clement%20of%20Alexandria_PG%2008-09/Stromata.pdf

and in fact you'll find a list of all the authors in the PG with
links to pages with their digitized texts at:

http://tinyurl.com/2kktrk

If you prefer digital images of the original, you'll find the
relevant PG volume at:

http://tinyurl.com/37da7e (Google Books)
