It may bear noting that Munnich redid Ziegler's edition of the OG
because Ziegler did not have access to all of Pap. 967. As a result
one should expect differences regarding 967. In this particular case,
however, while Ziegler reads EPI TOUS BASILEIS hHMWN KAI DUNASTAS....
Munnich reads EPI TOUS BASILEIS KAI DUNASTAS.... but then in
apparatus notes BASILEIS] + hHMWN 88-Syh Cypr. = MT. There is thus no
indication in either Ziegler or Munnich that 967 also reads + hHMWN.
