[B-Greek] Fwd: [b-hebrew] Wikipedia replacement

Hello,
I recently was informed of this in the B-Hebrew list and thought to bring it
to the Greek list if it hasn't been already.
Currently, http://www.scholarpedia.org/ does not contain any Greek, Hebrew,
or Biblical matter at all. But with the help of this forum hopefully that
will all change.
As many of you may know, Wikipedia.org is somewhat unreliable due to the
fact that anyone can edit and encyclopedic article, changes are immediate
without supervision. Unless someone in the know comes accross some invalid
information and changes it, many will read ill information trustfully.
The great thing about http://www.scholarpedia.org/ is that changes are made
by those elected by the community who are experts in the field. Then, when
an edit is performed (anyone can edit an article) the edit is submitted for
review before it is published on the site.
This definitely is a more exciting approach to a free peer-reviewed
encyclopedic website. Much better than Wikipedia I think.

B-Hebrewers:-
Many times members have drawn on information in Wikipedia.
There is new project underway at:-
http://www.scholarpedia.org/
which should overcome some of Wikipedia's limitations given
time.
