[B-Greek] TOUTO 1Co 7:6 - kataphoric or anaphoric?

Please bear with me about another question on anaphoric vs kataphoric
usage. The recent e-mail exchange TAUTA (pl.) in anaphoric usage Jn
15:17 etc. were discussed (referring to the preceding ones).

How about the singular TOUTO in 1Co 7:6?

TOUTO DE LEGW KATA SUGGNWMHN, OU KAT' EPITAGHN.

Does it refer to what he is going to say in the next verse
(kataphoric) [which I believe so], or to what he has said in the
preceding verses (anaphoric)?

Thank you very much for your help.

Oun Kwon.
