[B-Greek] icons and textual variants

  Well, I would think icon writers (technically icons are "written," not drawn or painted) would 
  be careful about the text. After all, they are not creating anything "new," but are transmitting 
  a holy tradition. Hence my question re: whether icon texts are considered in textual 
  criticism. But I don't want this discussion to drift away from B-Greek rules, so if it's drifting 
  there, feel free to email me offlist.
