[B-Greek] TETRADOS?

In the Narratio Iosephi there is a strange chronology of events: the
action of 1:4 takes place on the third day before Jesus is arrested (THi
TRITHi hHMERAi PRO TOU KRATHQHNAI TON IHSOUN), and the next paragraph takes
place on the next day:

THi DE EPAURION, hHMERAi THS TETRADOS, EISHNEGKAN AUTON hWRAi
ENATHi EIS THN AULHN TOU KAIAPHA.

At first I thought this was just a confused chronology: on the third day
and then on the fourth day (which would be backwards, since the next day
would actually be the second day "before his arrest"). But then I wondered
if TETRADOS might simply mean the fourth day of the week, Wednesday.

    Any thoughts?
