 and

One Synagogue of Libertines (or Freedmen) composed of Cyrenians,
Alexandrians, Cilicians, and Asians.

Vs. Two: One Synagogue of LIbertines (composed of Cyrenians,
Alexandrians) AND oneSynagogue of those from Cilicia and Asia.

Vs. Several: Synagogue Libertines; Synagogue of Cyrenians; Synagogue
of Asexandrians, Synagogue for those  from Cilicia and Asia.
